Stefan Finch has 25 years' experience helping organisations make sense of growth, go-to-market, and technology change — usually around a whiteboard, working directly with leadership teams.
He started his career as an engineer, went on to serve as CTO three times, and has held multiple board-level roles. Across that time, his work has consistently focused on one problem: how complex organisations turn technology and data into real commercial advantage.
Stefan has advised and worked with organisations including AEG, Graham & Brown, Philips, Victrex and ICAP, supporting growth strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale change in regulated, high-complexity environments.
He has also worked closely with Microsoft on enterprise AI adoption. In one Fortune 500 engagement, a team led by Stefan transformed 1.9 petabytes of business data (60 million files) into searchable, retrieval-ready intelligence, delivered directly through Microsoft Teams, saving $2.2m annually. This was back in 2019, well before AI went mainstream.
That experience — long before AI was "cool" — underpins Graph's focus on AI and growth today. As buying behaviour continues to shift towards AI-driven evaluation, the same system-level thinking becomes essential for modern organisations to remain visible, credible, and competitive.
Today, Stefan leads Graph, working closely with commercial, marketing, digital, and executive leaders to advise on how they adapt to and compete in AI-driven markets with clarity and confidence.
